I contacted Natasha while I was in Canada about a surprise photoshoot for some friends, and she was prompt, professional and warm in her email replies. When we met in Lusaka, I was impressed with how accommodating she was with the meet up. And the photos? Well, they are stunning!! We visited the country from Toronto and could not have asked for better service after the friendly and amazing experience Natasha showed us. She was honestly so warm, professional, and easy to be around. From the start, it felt like a collaborative effort. She guided us through everything so naturally and always made sure we knew what was going on, which really helped us relax. She’s also super creative and made the whole experience fun, not stressful at all. We'd heard of the beauty of Legacy Photography's photos and reached out to make a booking. We were not disappointed. The photos have been the talk of our family and friends. Legacy is exceptional at customer service, reaching out to me and arranging the photo session while I was still in America. I was nervous about how payment would be done, but Legacy made payment easy and quick. Everything was done with ease and professionalism. I cannot recommend Natasha from Legacy enough! I contacted Natasha for a couples shoot via Instagram. Being based in the U.K., I was a bit weary at first but Natasha was so professional, with her open communication. The shoot was incredible. Natasha made me & my partner feel so comfortable!
